If you have not yet reached the required eighteen years of age please submit a written form containing the explicit consent of your parents to info@truckvix.com so that we may accept your registration and welcome you to our community. Failure to do so exposes your account to termination
Purpose of the Platform
  • Our Platform serves as a marketplace that connects truck carriers with load owners to list and book back trips. We facilitate communication and trip listings but do not participate in or take responsibility for the transportation services.
Prohibited Activities
Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from using it for illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to:.
  • Transporting prohibited items such as drugs, weapons, or contraband..
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior.
  • Using the Platform for any activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

  • When contacting us through the Website and/or application , you may provide certain personal information. We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on our Website and/or application.
Membership
  • You agree and understand that our Website and/or application, Application, and the contents are intended for parties who are competent to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of United Arab Emirates. You hereby represent that you are competent to contract under applicable laws of United Arab Emirates.

    15. Threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of United Arab Emirates, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or cause incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevent the investigation of any offence or insult any other nation.
    16. Resell the usage or the services of our Website and/or application.
  • Failure to comply with the Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
    1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website and/or application.
    2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of your content.

  • Appropriate Use: The Platform should only be used for its intended purpose of connecting carriers and load owners.
Company Disclaimer
  • No Liability for Transactions: Washey information technology is a facilitator and is not a party to any agreements or contracts made between carriers and load owners.
  • No Responsibility for Services: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the transportation services provided by carriers or the goods transported..
  • User Conduct: The company does not take responsibility for the conduct of users, including compliance with laws and safety protocols..
Safety and Risk
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring the safety, legality, and appropriateness of all transactions and interactions made through the Platform. The company encourages users to perform due diligence before entering into agreements..
Promotions
  • Any and all offers or promotions advertised on the Website and/or application are void where prohibited and are subject to the posting of any official rules to such offers or promotions.
  • By participating in any such offer or promotion, the Users agree to be bound by the official rules to such offers and promotions as well as these Terms.
  • truckvix reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s account and any benefits that may be earned due to the offers or promotions at the sole discretion of truckvix.

  • Any feedback or review that is provided by the User(s) is the sole opinion of the User(s). truckvix does not share or advocate any review or feedback that User(s) may provide.

Any and all conflicts or disputes that may arise out of any feedback or review provided by the User(s) shall be determinable independent of truckvix or its Website and/or application. truckvix hereby relinquishes any and all liability that may arise out of any such dispute. The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that truckvix cannot be made a party to any such dispute that may arise.
